Grow Resources Inc., a division of US based lease management software and services pioneer, Property Works, is actively recruiting for a Senior Accountant. The Senior Accountant will be key in ensuring that more complex processes are handled with ease as we deliver accurate and timely financial statements to our clients. Successful candidates will have an aptitude to learn new technologies in a changing environment and enjoy working both independently and in a team environment.

The ideal candidate will possess;

At least a Bachelors Degree in Accounting and Professional Certification (CPA/ ACCA)

At least 5-10 years professional accounting experience some of which at the Supervisory/ Managerial level

The ability to mentor junior team members to provide adequate training and support

Good attention to detail, and strong analytical skills

Knowledge of month-end close processes in a small business environment and previous experience with full-cycle accounting.

Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Must be able to speak English fluently to communicate with our US-based clients.

Hands-on experience with QBO or Xero. Candidates will be required to complete certification in both applications within the first 30 days of employment.

NetSuite experience a plus.
