Grow Resources Inc., a division of US based lease management software and services pioneer, Property Works, is actively recruiting for Accounting Specialists. The Accounting Specialist provides transaction processing services to our bookkeeping clients. With attention to detail and strong time management skills, Accounting Specialists manage back-office accounting functions to deliver accurate and timely financials to our small business clients. Successful candidates will be able to work independently or with a team and have an aptitude to learn new technologies in a changing environment.

The ideal candidate will possess;

A Bachelors Degree in Accounting

At least 3-5 years professional accounting experience

The ability to learn quickly in a fast-paced environment

Good attention to detail, and strong analytical skills

Ability to work within a team and be a self-starter

Ability to think critically

Knowledge of month-end close processes in a small business environment.

Previous experience with full charge bookkeeping preferred.

Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Must be able to speak English fluently to communicate with our US-based clients.

Hands-on experience with QBO or Xero. Candidates will be required to complete certification in both applications within the first 30 days of employment.

NetSuite experience a plus.
