Transfer Agent

The Southern Taxi Association is a suitably qualified person to join our team in the
capacity of Transfer Agent.
Responsibilities:
● Interact with taxi drivers, customers, and industry partners while ensuring that
the Association services are seamlessly provided.
● Proper recording of customer and driver account information
● Ensuring a quick resolution of service problems by clarifying customer
complaints, determining the cause of the problem; selecting the best way to
resolve the problem and to do so expeditiously
● Assist in managing our various social media platforms
● Liaise with immediate supervisor and the management committee
