Real Foods Inc., the franchise holder for the KFC brand in St. Lucia, is looking to recruit a Restaurant General Manager (RGM) for its growing operations.
The Restaurant General Manager (RGM) will be responsible for managing the entire operations of the Restaurant while ensuring Team adherence to food safety standards, product quality, and product availability while providing adequate coaching and training for team members, ensuring they remain motivated. The RGM manages the execution of site level strategies to achieve profitability targets, including implementing marketing plans and new product launches while adhering to and reinforcing company policies and procedures.
Duties include but are not limited to:
Building sales by focusing on excellent operational procedures
Maintaining 100% quality product availability
Facilitating safe work behaviours of Team Members in maintaining proper food safety and cash handling procedures.
Responsibility for the Profit & Loss of the restaurant to deliver planned profitability
Ensuring correct operational procedures are maintained
Participating in the recruitment, selection, and performance management of supervisory staff
Recognizing and motivating Team Members
Managing supervisors to ensure that stock levels are maintained, that machines and equipment are all in working order, and all cash handling procedures are followed.
Assisting as necessary within the restaurant operations, especially during rush periods, to sustain efficiency.

At least a bachelor’s degree in Business Management, Hospitality Management, or related field.
At least 4 years’ experience in a supervisory capacity.
Computer literacy - competent in the use of Microsoft Suite and Point of Sale software, with the ability to learn new applications.
Restaurant environment - Must be able to work on feet for extended periods
Must be able to withstand changes in temperature
