Are you looking for an exciting career opportunity? Windjammer Landing Villa Beach Resort is in search of an Activities and Entertainment Manager.
Provides Guests with entertainment options in order to create the ultimate entertainment center experience.
Ensuring that all entertainment that has been scheduled performs to contract.
Manage performances, events, artistes and entertainers
Responsible for booking and supervising events.
Assist the Guest Services Manager in creating a full entertainment and activity package.
Supervise the Activity Coordinators and ensure all activities are performed to the acceptable standard.
Works with the Guest Services Manager to manage all guest activities
Responsible for the gym in all aspects and ensuring all the equipment is working and is regularly serviced
Supervise the Kids Club and work with the Guest Service Manager to come up with new and innovative programs
Develop specific goals, plans, in order to prioritize, organize and accomplish the targets.
Oversees the daily operations and calendar of activities department.
Works with all other departments of the resort to create a memorable guest experience.
Ensures staff is trained continuously so we can offer the highest quality of services.
Qualifications and Experience
The individual must possess the following knowledge, skills and abilities and be able to explain and demonstrate that he or she can perform the essential functions of the job.
Must possess extensive knowledge of various training methods (HIIT, Pilates, Les Mills, PT, Aqua Gym, Swimming, Bootcamps, various dance styles etc.).
Great communication skills
Ability to meet financial targets
Ability to work under pressure
Willingness to develop team members and self
Ability to work on your own or in teams
Passion for customer service
