Responsible for the wellbeing of the business and the people who work at East Winds, this role is challenging and busy. We are looking for an experienced HR Manager who understands the balance of the needs of the people and the business, and has a strong knowledge of the St Lucian Labour Law. The ability to work at senior management level, confidentiality, good communication skills and a strong character are all a must to succeed in this role.

A Junior Cook / Chef with at least 12 monthsโ experience in a commercial kitchen is required for this exciting opportunity. As a business we are keen to give our Chefs as much opportunity as possible to learn and progress. A creative Executive Chef holds the team to high standards. Reliability, honesty and a hunger to learn are required to succeed in this role.

Are you an experienced sailor who is a good communicator, confident at using and teaching water sports skills to guests on holiday. A strong swimmer, an experienced water sports person and a fun personality is what you need for this role.
