Experienced Chef & Cooks required
Candidate Profile:
- Someone with passion to cook with fresh quality ingredients.
- Has significant exposure to a variety of different commercial kitchens
Desired Experience:
- Work with small team of 3-4 local chefs.
- To ensure that legal and company requirements are adhered to in respect of Hygiene, Health & Safety for all staff and customers.
- To ensure that all dishes are presented to the highest standard
- Significant experience of working in a commercial kitchen.
- Up to date knowledge of local food trends and culinary techniques.
- Stock checking and making sure all food is labelled.
Qualifications
Education High school graduate or equivalent.
Experience Prior experience in a professional Food & Beverage
