Position Overview:
Our resort, an independent luxury brand powered by a diverse and exceptionally talented team, is seeking a dynamic, innovative, and results-driven Spa Sales Administrator. This individual will be responsible for coordinating and supporting all sales and promotional
activities within the spa to drive revenue growth, enhance brand visibility and deliver exceptional guest experiences. The role combines administrative excellence with proactive sales support, account management, business development, customer relationship
management, promotional coordination and event planning to maximize bookings and achieve departmental revenue objectives. Committed to excellence, the Spa Sales Administrator will serve as a key liaison between
guests, clients and spa operations, ensuring seamless communication and efficient coordination of spa promotions, wellness programs, group bookings and special events. The position upholds the highest standards of service, professionalism and operational
excellence while supporting the spa's strategic goals and maintaining luxury hospitality standards.
Job responsibilities in this role include:
Assist in executing spa sales strategies to meet overall revenue targets
Responding to client inquiries by converting leads to confirmed bookings
Liaise with Lead Therapist and retail vendors to ensure consistency of supplies
Coordinating group and corporate wellness programs, and special events.
Assists in conducting spa tours for site visits hosted by the hotel Sales Team
Train the Spa Team to maintain consistency in product knowledge of menu offerings and retail products
Work closely with the Spa team to meet monthly revenue targets in service and retail sales
Spearhead and execute promotional campaigns (email, social media, in-house promotions) and analyse their effectiveness
Create visual interest around property with pop-up stations to encourage guests’ bookings
Assist in the development of promotional packages, seasonal offers and spa programs
Work with external vendors or internal teams on creative assets (fliers, digital content, signage)
Ensure brand consistency across all spa promotional materials
Assist in revenue tracking of Receptionists, Attendants and Therapists in service and retail sales
Support loyalty programs and retention initiatives
Experience and Skills:
Diploma in Promotions & Sales, Business Administration, Hospitality or related field
2-4 years of experience in Spa, Hospitality, Sales or Promotions
Strong organizational and administrative skills
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and booking systems
Knowledge of digital marketing (social media, email campaigns)
Adaptable and able to work well under the pressure of meeting production schedules and timelines.
Ability to work shifts, weekends and public holidays.
Proven ability to work independently as well as within a high-performing team in a positive, collaborative and values-based culture.
