Innovative Business Solutions Inc. (IBS) is expanding! We’re looking for a skilled Security Technician to help deliver cutting-edge security and life safety systems to our clients.

At IBS, we specialize in advanced telecommunications and technology solutions that protect and power businesses.

 What You’ll Do

• Install and maintain CCTV, access control, intrusion, and fire alarm systems
• Conduct site visits to install, test, and repair security and fire systems
• Configure and program system components (cameras, panels, sensors, etc.)
• Run and manage cabling installations and infrastructure
• Troubleshoot and repair faults in systems and equipment
• Perform routine maintenance and safety checks
• Provide excellent customer service and explain system operations clearly

What we’re Looking For

• Knowledge of security systems and electrical systems
• Strong troubleshooting and technical skills
• Physically capable of hands-on installation work
• Excellent communication and customer service skills
• Detail-oriented with strong problem-solving ability
• Reliable, professional, and safety-conscious
