Invest Saint Lucia (ISL) is seeking a Marketing Officer to develop and execute marketing activities and provide marketing support in the Marketing & Communications Department. The Marketing Officer will report to the Marketing & Communications Manager.
Actively contribute to the marketing strategy, providing relevant, creative and impactful marketing solutions to support ISL’s engagement of customers and investors.
Develop and execute the annual marketing plan including internal and external promotional campaigns.
Drive and identify areas for improvement.
Generate content for online media and various programme areas.
Prepare regular reports, using appropriate analytics to measure and evaluate the performance of marketing activities and plans.
Keep the ISL website updated; develop strategies to drive online traffic, improve usability, design and content.
Arrange the effective distribution of marketing/promotional materials.
Assist with the promotion and execution of events and attend networking activities as required.
Work closely with Research Officers to analyse market trends, and other information that affects marketing strategies. Use research findings to provide recommendations.
Provide marketing support to other departments as required.
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing/Business Administration with a Marketing specialization.
Minimum 3-5 years’ post qualification experience in a similar marketing role.

Skills in digital marketing - social media management and website content.
Creativity with design skills including graphics and web design.
Proven ability to work in a demanding, deadline-driven environment.
Self-starter, with the ability to work with minimal supervision.
Innovative, adaptable with big-picture thinking, and ability to multi-task.
Proficient in MS Office and marketing programmes for graphic design.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills, strong attention to detail.
