A CAREER OPPORTUNITY EXISTS FOR THE POSITION OF WATERSPORTS ATTENDANT
Windjammer Landing, a 4.5-star luxury Resort, is seeking dynamic personnel to join our Watersports team. Successful candidates will be responsible for the coordination and safe execution of all Watersports activities.




RESPONSIBILITIES (among others):
Coordinate and execute Watersports activities and instruct guests in the safe usage of Watersports equipment
Maintain guest safety during all Watersports lessons
Maintain inventory and records of guest participation
Ensure all equipment is maintained in proper condition and ready for guest use
Ensure the beach is maintained in immaculate condition
ATTRIBUTES
Proficient and experienced swimmer
Able to work independently and utilize a high degree of initiative
Possess excellent interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills
Highly motivated professional with a passion for delivering service excellence
Able to recognize and assess an emergency and initiate appropriate action
Able to work various shifts and on weekends and holidays




EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE:
CXC certificates in Mathematics and English are preferred
CPR / First Aid certification is desirable
