A CAREER OPPORTUNITY EXISTS FOR THE POSITION OF
SECURITY OFFICER
Windjammer Landing, a 4.5 star luxury Resort, is seeking dynamic personnel of the highest integrity to join our team of security professionals. Successful candidates will be responsible for proactively maintaining a safe and secure environment for guests, visitors, team members and protecting the Resort’s assets.




RESPONSIBILITIES (among others):
Conduct surveillance and patrols across the Resort
Prevent loss, injury and damage to persons and property
Complete incident reports, statements, logs and associated documentation
Ensure compliance to Resort policies
Respond to emergencies and incidents promptly, in accordance with the Resort’s policies
ATTRIBUTES:
Able to work independently and utilize a high degree of initiative
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Highly motivated professional with a passion for delivering service excellence
Exceptional conflict management skills
Able to maintain a high level of concentration for extended periods of time
Able to assess visual information and utilize sound judgment to initiate appropriate action
Basic Information Technology / computer literacy
Able to work various shifts and on weekends




EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE:
A minimum of two (2) years’ experience as a Security Officer or in a similar role
CXC certificates in Mathematics and English are preferred
