We are recruiting for a full-time, energetic and customer-centric Client Relationship Officer (CRO) – located in the South of the island - who will market the sale of loans to individuals and microfinance sector via sales and promotion initiatives and manage the loan portfolio in line with appropriate company consumer finance standards.
The successful candidate will have key accountabilities as follows:
Achieve daily, weekly and monthly sales & revenue targets
Interview applicants to determine financial eligibility for loans
Ensure loan applications are complete and correct and repayments are calculated accurately
Counsel applicants on loan repayments policies and restrictions
Maintain and review account records, updating and categorizing them according to status changes
Updating of DA/incomplete screen daily to ensure all accounts are actioned within company’s guideline
Liaise with Supervisor/Credit Department on pending accounts
Ensure adherence to Unicomer’s systems, policies and procedures (including Cashier Manual issued by the Internal Control & Finance Departments)
Analyze potential loan markets to find opportunities to promote loan sales
Dissemination of marketing materials and information
Actively evaluates and develops sales strategies to improve the loan portfolio
Ensure that all required reports are accurate and submitted by the required timelines
Relieve/assist with cashiering as required
Any other duties deemed necessary for the smooth flow of the Cash Loan unit
Experience, Skills & Qualification:
Tertiary level education, preferably a Diploma or Associate Degree in Business or Finance or Related Field.
(3) Years’ experience in a similar position with an emphasis on new client acquisition and client retention.
