Job Title: Seasonal Customer Service Representative
Department: SalesReport To: Shop Supervisor/Team LeadJOB SUMMARYTo deliver a high level of customer service experience to all customers in accordance with company standardsTo assist in achieving, with excellence, the operational objective of the assigned store; under the guidance of the Store Supervisors/Team LeadPERSON SPECIFICATIONUnderstanding and awareness of sales and customer service practicesEnthusiastic, articulate, friendly and energeticEffective communication and interpersonal skillsAbility to multi-taskTeam player and the ability to perform independent of direct supervisionEndurance of physical demands of the jobAbility to work 8 hours shifts that falls between 8am to 9pm including evening and weekendsExperience of/or ability to handle cash and operate a computer (basic knowledge sufficient).QUALIFICATIONSMust have completed secondary school, with minimum of 5 CXC subject including Mathematics and English with grades 2 and above.Previous retail, warehouse, sales and/or hospitality experience a major plus Foreign Language will be an asset.COMPENSATIONThe remuneration and benefit package will be based on qualifications and experience of the successful candidate.Interested & eligible applicants should submit a resume inclusive of two references via email to: admin@seaislandsaintlucia.comDeadline for applications: Friday, 15th October 2021
