The Office Manager will organize and coordinate office administration and procedures, in order to ensure organizational effectiveness, efficiency and safety. The Office Manager is responsible for developing intra-office communication protocols, streamlining administrative procedures, inventory control, office staff supervision and task delegation.

Required Skills:

At least 2 years’ experience in similar role

office management, administrative or assistant experience

Knowledge of office management responsibilities, systems and procedures

Excellent time management skills and ability to multi-task and prioritize work

Attention to detail and problem-solving skills

Flexible

Excellent written and verbal communication skills

Strong organizational and planning skills

Proficient in MS Office

Knowledge of human resources management practices and procedures

Job Title: Graphic Designer/Videographer

Summary of Duties

The Graphic Designer/Videographer is responsible for creating design solutions (graphic &video) that have a high visual impact to be used in media and print. The role involves the use of software and hand-rendering to design artwork that meet the needs of the business.

REQUIRED SKILLS

Creative flair, up-to-date knowledge of industry software including Photoshop

Proven experience with Social Media Marketing

Use of Adobe premiere, Adobe After Effects, Adobe Photoshop, Professional video editing software’s.

Microsoft Office, Word, excel, Microsoft publisher, power point.

Use of Professional HD Video camera, Video equipment and DSLR Still Photography camera.

Drivers License is a MUST as role will entail mobility to different locations

Job Title: Loader Operator

Summary of Duties:

The Loader Operator is responsible for the safe and efficient operation of the Loader to assist in loading and unloading of materials in the receiving and delivery processes in the Lumber yard. The Operator also assists with merchandising and inventory activities in the Lumber yard.

Competencies and Skills

Familiarity with material handling

Standing with walking is required for most of the shift

Push and pulling pallets and lifting products, keeling, bending, climbing is required

Physical strength to handle up to 25- object, frequently. Some items weighing up to 50 lbs to be handled occasionally

Above average coordination, including eye-hand, hand-foot and balance

Above average endurance

Normal dexterity of hands and fingers with average repetition

Must be customer service oriented
