Peter’s Holdings Ltd. representing Nissan invites suitably qualified candidates to apply for an opportunity to work with our dedicated team. Our goal is to ensure our clients have the best experience possible through the delivery of service excellence while ensuring satisfactory vehicle servicing.
KEY FUNCTIONS
- To achieve sales and gross profit targets throughout the Nissan range of auto parts, automotive materials and products by presenting their attributes to clients.
- To serve as an intermediary between customers and the auto workshop.
- To plan and arrange customers’ service appointments and after service follow up.
- To receive and deliver customer vehicles before and after service.
- To monitor service activities of customers vehicles.
- To establish and maintain effective working relationships with all stakeholders, responding promptly to all queries and concerns.
APPLICANT REQUIREMENTS
- Tertiary level education in Business Management of other related discipline or
- Five (5) CXC’s including passes in Mathematics and English Language at a general level with a Certificate in Auto Mechanics and a minimum two (2) years’ service experience in the automotive industry.
- Experience with inventory management is an asset.
- A good working knowledge of auto mechanics, body repairs and estimates.
- Computer literate with a working knowledge of Microsoft Office.
- Excellent customer service skills.
- Excellent written and oral communication skills.
Applicant must be a strong team player focused on providing exemplary client service at all times. Detail oriented with excellent organizational skills, ability to prioritize tasks and support a team in achieving client satisfaction.
