Assistant Maintenance Manager – Windjammer Landing
Essential Functions/Responsibilities:
We are looking for a reliable Assistant Maintenance Manager to assist the director with overseeing all installation, repair, and upkeep operations of the company’s facilities. Ensuring your colleagues have the best physical resources available to complete their duties according to budget.

The successful candidate will possess a solid understanding of plumbing and electrical systems, carpentry, and other crafts. They will be well-versed in all maintenance processes and health and safety regulations. The ideal candidate will also have aptitude in undertaking administrative tasks such as reporting, budgeting, etc
Issue work orders from the hotel CMMS
Manage relationships with contractors and service providers
Keep maintenance logs and report on daily activities
Ensure health and safety policies are complied with
Skills, Knowledge, Qualifications and Experience:
Technical training and related experience and a minimum of five years construction or maintenance experience.
Prior experience in hotel property maintenance.

Must have knowledge of Pool, plumbing, carpentry, A/C, electrical and refrigeration maintenance and be able to establish a preventative maintenance program.
Must have knowledge of "Preventative Maintenance" software.
Must be a highly motivated individual who enjoys working in an environment with different ethnic groups and who has the capacity to train and is willing to be very hands on.
