Invest Saint Lucia (ISL) is seeking a PROPERTIES OFFICER, on a temporary basis, to provide technical support to the Properties & Projects Department in the maintenance of all assets. The Properties Officer will report to the Manager Properties & Projects.
Completion of routine inspections of industrial estates & submission of inspection reports.
Monitoring and oversight of maintenance and other projects related to the industrial estates to ensure that work is undertaken to specifications and relevant existing construction practices.
Supervision of grounds maintenance contractors.
Timely preparation of drawings and estimates for maintenance projects.
Preparation of weekly reports highlighting updates on all maintenance activities.
Bachelor’s Degree in Estate Management, Quantity Surveying or related field, OR an Associate Degree in these areas with at least 3 years’ experience
Competency & knowledge of Building Technology
Experience in management of projects, Design, Costing and Supervision
Excellent oral and written communication skills
Ability to work within a team
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Auto Cad
Proven ability to work in a demanding, deadline-driven environment.
