ExelSIGN Ltd is looking for a passionate, results-driven professional with experience in sales and customer service to fill the position of Sales Officer.
The successful candidate will have the following key responsibilities:
- Greet customers and efficiently process sales transactions and orders.
- Build rapport with customers and provide them with genuine guidance and support.
- Coordinate sales effort with team members.
- Achieve agreed upon sales targets and outcomes within schedule.
Qualifications, Skills & Experience:
- Minimum of five (5) CXCs including Mathematics and English.
- Relevant sales or customer service experience.
- Proficiency in Excel and QuickBooks.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
- Team player.
- Eagerness to learn.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
- Customer service oriented.
