CGM Gallagher Insurance Brokers (St. Lucia) Limited, seeks a suitably qualified candidate, for the position of Administrative Assistant.
The Administrative Assistant will be responsible for providing administrative and clerical services in an effective an efficient manner to ensure to our Group President.

Major Responsibilities:

  1. Receptionist & Cashier Duties
  2. Assist with Accounting & Receivables Management
  3. Manage office stock and supplies of stationery etc.
  4. Other duties as may be assigned

Skills:

  • Strong logical and analytical thinker
  • Ability to concentrate and pay close attention to detail
  • Knowledge of Epic/Vision (training will be provided) and or any other software system
  • Knowledge of Insurance Broking would be an asset
  • Customer service
  • Effective time management and troubleshooting abilities

Education:

  • At least 5 C.X.C passes including Mathematics and English
  • Advanced Level, CAPE or other Tertiary Qualification
  • Insurance Diploma would be an asset
  • Certification in an IT related certification is highly desirable.
Experience: Previous Customer Service experience would be an asset
