The successful applicant should possess:
  1. A Bachelor’s degree in Food & Beverage/Restaurant Service Operations and 2 years experience in a 4 - 5 start restaurant or
  2. Associate degree in Food and Beverage/Restaurant Service Operations and 4 years experience in a 4 - 5 Star Restaurant
  3. Proven Food and Beverage Management experience
  4. Proficiency in preserving excellent levels of internal and external customer service
  5. Proficiency in designing exceptional menus
  6. Understanding of, and proficiency in, compliance to HACCP standards
  7. Ability to manage personnel and meet financial targets
  8. A focus on time and resource management
  9. The ability to engage Food and Beverage Service Staff through the fostering of intrinsic and extrinsic motivation
  10. Proficiency in the use of Microsoft Software Applications
  11. Leadership and project execution expertise
