In line with our expansion programme, we are seeking responsible and dynamic candidates to join us as:

Media & PR Manager

Responsibilities & Duties
  • Develop, drive and implement media plans
  • Develop plan and news content
  • Work closely with oversees marketing team
  • Build long-term relationships with media influencers
Requirements
  • Minimum of 5 years work experience
  • A university degree in related curriculum such as Journalism or Business Administration
  • Experience in the thoroughbred industry is a plus
  • MUST be able to write and possess excellent communication skills

Sponsorship Manager

Responsibilities & Duties
  • Develop sponsorship opportunities and plans. Work closely with overseas marketing team
  • Craft custom, integrated sponsorship and executing all elements of the sponsorship package
  • Communicate ideas through eye-catching, strategically plotted decks
Requirements
  • Minimum 5 years work experience
  • A university degree in related curriculum such as Marketing or Business Administration
  • Experience in sponsorship programme development a must
  • Ability to build and manage multiple internal and external stakeholder relationships and process excellent communication skills, both written and in speech

Accounts Executive

Responsibilities & Duties
  • Handling full spectrum of accounting function including GL, AP and AR
  • Prepare monthly full sets of accounts
  • Prepare and maintenance various schedules and report
  • Preparation and recording of payment
  • Issue of invoice and receivable collection
  • Budget control and manage cashflow
  • Ensure compliance of financial guidelines, accounting standards and other regulatory requirement
  • Monthly VAT and contract tax filing to IRD
Requirements
  • Minimum diploma in accounting or other professional accounting qualification
  • Minimum 5 years in working accounting experience
  • Proficient in MS Office (Excel and Word)
  • Experience in Audit and Tax will be an advantage
  • Able to liaise with auditors, secretary, tax agent, and regulatory bodies such as IRD and preparation of tax computation and tax schedules of provision

Receptionist Cum Admin Executive

Responsibilities & Duties
  • Handle all incoming and outgoing calls
  • Handle all correspondences including letters, faxes, email, courier services etc
  • Manage the reception area and meeting rooms
  • Office supplies stock monitoring e.g. Office stationery and other materials
  • Able to handle office documentation, organized and maintain good filing systems for smooth data retrieving
  • Provide general administrative support to the various departments of the Company and its affiliated Companies as required
Requirements
  • Minimum 5 years working experience in similar capacity
  • Pleasant personality and telephone manner
  • Knowledge of Microsoft Office is essential
  • Ability to work independently and adapt to new challenges
  • Experience in working with international corporate executives is an advantage

Barn Manager

Responsibilities & duties
  • Manage and carry out day to day maintenance of the horses assigned to ensure they are healthy and performing to the best of their abilities
  • Maintenance of the stable facilities
  • Preparation of horses for training and racing
  • Assist in the preparation of regular reports and cater to the needs of horse owners
  • Management of barn staff and coordination with trainers
Requirements
  • Minimum 10 years work experience in the related field
  • Experience in handling thoroughbred horses will be an advantage

Groom

Responsibilities & Duties
  • Ensure the cleanliness of horse stables
  • Keep the horses clean, well fed and in good health condition
  • Monitoring the stock of feed and other supplies for horses
Requirements
  • Minimum 2 years work experience in the related field
  • Experience in handling thoroughbred horses will be an advantage
