The French Embassy in Saint Lucia is seeking to recruit administrative employee as of 1st November 2019. The qualifications and description of duties are as follows:
Description of main and additional duties:
- Organize and schedule appointments
- Assist in the visa section and the administration of French citizens
- Provide general support to visitors
- Answer and direct phone calls
- Reply to email, telephone or face to face enquiries
- Carry out administrative duties such as filing, typing, copying, scanning etc
