Description of main and additional duties:
  • Organize and schedule appointments
  • Assist in the visa section and the administration of French citizens
  • Provide general support to visitors
  • Answer and direct phone calls
  • Reply to email, telephone or face to face enquiries
  • Carry out administrative duties such as filing, typing, copying, scanning etc
