SUMMARY

The Administrative Assistant is responsible for providing direct support to the Chief Financial Officer (CFO) and function as liaison with key agencies in a professional, efficient and timely manner.

CORE RESPONSIBILITIES
Act as point of contact between the CFO and internal/external clients.
Handle queries and requests appropriately.
Answer calls and liaise with clients competently.
Formally document and maintain files of minutes of department meetings.
Formally document and maintain files of minutes of Pension meetings.
Maintain documentation and communicate formally key decisions to relevant personnel.
Organize and maintain calendar of activities for CFO and provide reminders of key events, meetings and timelines.
Maintain contract files, both physical and soft copies.
Maintain the filing records for the CFO and provide support as required.
Prepare letters as required for the Department.
Liaise with regulators, IRD, and other formal agencies on behalf of the Chief Financial Officer.
Prepare presentations when required.
Facilitate the timely submissions of key deliverables to both internal and external parties.




REQUIREMENTS
Diploma in office administration or equivalent qualifications.
Proven working experience in an accounting or finance unit
