Everyday Smiles Dental Clinic is a reputable dental practice, serving the public with a branch in the city of Castries and one in Rodney Bay, Gros Islet.

To better serve the public, we are seeking to recruit a customer-focused, organized, resourceful and mature-thinking individual to add to our team, in the position of Receptionist:

Duties Include:

To deal efficiently and politely with all patients – over the phone and in person
To schedule appointments using an electronic system
To maintain a professional standard in the appearance of the office
To maintain accurate patient records and accounts
To prepare/type patient records and invoices for submission to insurance companies/employers
To liaise with insurance companies and/or employers in terms of patient records/accounts
To keep track of office supplies and maintain optimum levels
To assist the Dental Assistant when the need arises

Required Skills and Abilities Include:

A good command of the English Language
At least a limited understanding of the Creole Language would be an asset
Should possess good communication and interpersonal skills
A working knowledge of Microsoft Office
Skilled in the design and preparation of flyers, brochures and other marketing paraphernalia
Effective in the use of multiple social media platforms
Should possess good telephone etiquette

Qualifications:

Sir Arthur Lewis Community College Certification in Business or Communication, or its equivalent

Five (5) CXC subjects including English Language
