SailRock is seeking qualified candidates for the positions below in the Housekeeping Department
Executive Housekeeper
This person will be responsible for all duties of the housekeeping operation and cleanliness levels in all areas of the property. This person will reside in South Caicos.
Responsibilities
Include but are not limited to:
  • Must be willing and able to work flexible hours, including late shifts as well as on weekends and on public holidays
  • To identify and anticipate Guests’ needs and ensure personalized service is provided
  • Administer all housekeeping and all laundry facilities and ensure secure environment for all guests
  • Schedule work for weekends and evening hours and assist Manager on Duty to prepare schedule for staff and organize an efficient everyday care for all buildings and public area and ensure cleanliness of all office areas effectively
  • Monitor and ensure response to all client requests and maintain company standards in all work at all times
  • Administer efficient working of all housekeeping department at all times and supervise all work and ensure compliance to all operational standards and organization regulations
  • Ensure all furniture to be clean at all times and ensure removal of all markings from all glasses and assist maintain need and clean bathroom
  • Maintain corporate accounting compliance SOPs
  • Maintain department uniforms standard and grooming SOPs
  • Maintain department Small Luxury Hotel Brand Standards and similar brand standards and SOPs
  • Maintain department Payroll System SOPs
  • Maintain department Human Resource SOPs
Qualified Candidates will have/be:
  • Minimum three (3) experience at a similar level at a 5 start of full-service hotel
  • Five (50 plus years experience in Housekeeping
  • Fluent in English (fluency in more than one language is a plus)
  • Passionate about delivering outstanding customer service
  • Able to use RDP & Squirrel
  • Able to effectively exercise high levels of patience, tact and displomancy
  • Excellent communication skills - both written and oral
  • Expert management skills

Salary Range
  • USD $40,000 yearly
