FDL Pest Control Solutions - Customer Service Representative
FDL Pest Control Solutions is seeking an experienced Customer Service Representative to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will be a self-starter with the ability to work well unsupervised, as well as efficiently in a close team environment.
Job Overview:
As a Customer Service Representative, you will act as a link between the client and the office, satisfying their needs with a high level of professionalism, and according to the standards of FDL Pest Control Solutions.
Key Functions:
- Utilise strong problem solving skills to identify the client’s concern and evaluate their needs, and communicate with Technicians to meet clients’ requirements
- Upsell, cross sell and recommend company’s products and services to existing and potential clients to achieve sales targets
- Contact clients to schedule and confirm service appointments, and reschedule appointments
- Handle route details with a high level of accuracy and efficiency
- Respond to clients’ inquiries in a timely manner and provide accurate after-sales service
- Work with specialised software to coordinate daily operations
- Prepare Monthly Service Reports within set time lines
- Maintain clients’ files and accurately update their accounts with services delivered
Qualifications and Skills Required:
- Minimum CAPE A’ Level subject passes in business related subjects plus six (6) CXC O’ Level passes inclusive of Mathematics, English Language and other business related subjects
- Be computer literate with intermediate Microsoft Office skills
- Minimum of three (3) years work experience
- Be customer oriented with a pleasant disposition
- Have excellent organisational and multi- tasking skills
- Be a strong team player with excellent interpersonal skills
- Ability to work in a fast- pace environment and adhere to deadlines
- Ability to work flexible hours, weekends and/or public holidays
