Description:To perform duties to maintain kitchen work areas and restaurant equipment and utensils in clean and orderly condition.  To perform duties to maintain kitchen work areas and restaurant equipment and utensils in clean and orderly condition.  Continuously look for way to maintain cleanliness to the perpetual benefit of guests and employees. Must have a passion for cleanliness.  Familiar with Heal and Safety regulations.  Monitor and ensure that all temperature and chemical solution requirements are met.  Identify dishwashing machine issues by inspecting and reporting issues to the Chief Steward.
