Job Title: NLA Field Officer

Reports to: Field Supervisor

Location: West to South of Saint Lucia

Description

This individual will be required to visit the various locations where VLTs and other NLA regulated games are placed, to make observations and ensure that the rules of operation of the games are complied with. The individual will be required to provide support to the operations of the NLA.

Duties and Responsibilities:

Visit VLT and other gaming locations as directed by the Field Supervisor

Liaise with VLT and other gaming agents to find out how smoothly the operations are running and make recommendations (if any)

Observe the operations of VLT and other gaming establishments to ensure that individual(s) below the age of 18 are not acting as cashiers, participating in these lotteries, and are not loitering in the gaming zones.

Prepare daily reports after visiting the appointed locations and present them to the Field Supervisor on a weekly basis.

Provide support to the promotional activities/initiatives of the NLA as directed by the Field Supervisor.

Perform any other duties as directed by the Field Supervisor/General Manager.

Education and Experience:

Adequate reading and written communication skills

At least five CXCs including Mathematics and English

Other Requirements:

Must be a holder of a valid drivers’ license and have access to a vehicle.

Must be 25 years and older
