Vacancy - Human Resources Manager

The preferred candidate should possess the following Qualifications, Experience and Technical Skills:
  • Postgraduate Degree in Human Resources Management
  • Sound knowledge of Human Resources and Industrial relations practices and procesures
  • Sound knowledge of Labor Legislation
  • Minimum of five (5) years experience in an HR generalist or IR role
  • Good working knowledge of payroll software
  • Experience in payroll preparation
  • Experience in working with Human Resource Information Systems (HRIS)
  • Proficient in the use of computer software applications (Microsoft Office Suite)
  • Ability to plan strategically, exercise good judgement and delegate appropriately
  • Demonstrable ability to work unsupervised and use initiative
  • Experience in managing or administering an office
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Proven negotiation, conflict-resolution and dispute-settlement skills
  • Report-writing and analytical skills
  • Excellent negotiation and interpersonal skills
