Vacancy - Human Resource Manager
Summary of Main Duties
- Design programs and events that will boost employee moral and in turn increase productivity
- Handle all the employees
- Assist team in hiring process
- Develop records of all the personnel
- Consultation with the senior management, to formulate all the company policies and implement them
- To manage all the employees in their departments and to report all matters to General Manager
Qualifying Requirements
- Degree or (3-5) years’ experience in that field
Skills & Other Attributes Required
- Coaching and leadership skills, results oriented, customer focused
- Excellent analytical, interpersonal and communication skills, computer literate, the ability to multitask and work with adjusting priorities, basic accounting knowledge, creative and able to generate concepts and promotions, ability to create and establish strategic media alliances.
