Job Description:

The General Manager is responsible for improving efficiency and increasing departmental profits while managing the company's overall operations.

Key Responsibilities:

Participates in formulating and administering company policies and developing long range goals and objectives. Directs and coordinates activities of department or division for which responsibility is delegated, to further attainment of goals and objectives. Reviews analysis of activities, costs, operations and forecast data to determine department or division progress toward stated goals and objectives.

Ideal Candidate:

Bachelor's degree in management or a relevant field and at least two to five years experience in a management position.
