VACANCY: Customer Service / Sales Representative
Attending to customers and their orders at the front desk in a timely and professional manner.
Check customers’ orders as they are transferred from production and inform customers when orders are ready
Ensuring a clean and welcoming reception area.
Preparing customer quotations.
Answering the phone.
Share information about company/products, to facilitate future sales
Understand customer needs and offer solutions and support
Receiving an processing customer orders
Maintaining a positive, empathetic, and professional attitude toward customers at all times.
Responding promptly to customer inquiries.
High school diploma, general education degree, or equivalent. Ability to stay calm when customers are stressed or upset.
Comfortable using computers, Microsoft office suite, QuickBooks
Proven work experience as Sales Representative / Customer Service Representative. Professional written and oral communicator.
