Ti Kaye Resort and Spa - Wine Sommelier
Ti Kaye Resort and Spa is seeking a Wine Sommelier with responsibility for maintaining an evolving selection of highly rated wines in all price points. You will ensure guests receive very best wine and dinner service, assisting your co-working through the smooth execution of daily duties while maintain and complying with Ti Kaye’s Standard Operating Manual and health and safety standards.
Other Requirements:

Responsible for promoting and maximizing wine sales throughout the resort

Responsible for providing the marketing team with updated information on the Ti Kave wine list, last wine additions, and wine tasting programs

You will ensure all stock and equipment level are always maintained

You will ensure that security is always maintained, and movement of stock is always accounted for.

You will ensure you carry out all your duties in professional and prompt manner, reporting to your supervisor/manager daily.

Stock Maintenance and Ordering – You will be responsible to monitor daily wine sales and inventory of stock. You will responsible for the ordering of house wine weekly from local suppliers. You will assist the restaurant manager and general manager in the ordering of international wine monthly.

Responsible for security and control of stock and ensuring all stock is accounted for. Ensure wines are properly cared for; proper temperature and storage, care taken to ensure no damaged to labels.

Level 2 or Level 3 WSET

Outstanding verbal and written communication skills

Exceptional interpersonal and customer service skills

Excellent problem-solving skills

1-2 years in a similar role will be an asset.
