Terra Caribbean - Regional Coordinator
Terra Caribbean now has four offices operating across the region. We are looking for an energetic and enthusiastic individual to strengthen the bond between the offices in St. Lucia, Grenada, Barbados and Trinidad in the capacity of Regional Coordinator.
So what exactly will our new Regional Coordinator do? We’re glad you asked:
- Coordinate training on various aspects of the Terra Caribbean systems and processes
- Assist with the development of training and brand manuals
- Liaise with the regional teams to assist with marketing and advertising standards
- Implement communication practices among the various offices
- Compile reports on the progress of the various offices, including revenue, marketing and other operational initiatives
Here’s what we need from you:
- A degree in Business/Marketing or any other relevant field
- At least 3 years experience in a Business/Marketing environment
- Impeccable communication skills, both written & verbal
- Be tech-savvy with a good working knowledge of Microsoft Office
- Self-motivation, an eye for detail and a passion for excellence
- Incredible organizational skills and the ability to multi-task
- A love of travel
