MARKETING CO-ORDINATOR

We are looking for a dynamic Marketing Marketing  Co-ordinator to join our team. The focus of this role is to co-ordinate the overall marketing & public relations function of our Blue Sky Luxury (Holiday Home Rental & Property Management) and Terra Caribbean (Real Estate Brokerage & Valuations) teams.

SPECIFIC DUTIES INCLUDE BUT ARE NOT LIMITED TO THE FOLLOWING:

Development, execution, monitoring, analyzing and reporting of social media content & marketing campaigns

Create marketing strategies to achieve corporate goals & objectives

Content management on corporate websites

Preparation and management of marketing budgets

Co-ordination of corporate events

THE IDEAL CANDIDATE POSSESSES THE FOLLOWING:

Highly motivated, innovative, creative, proactive, detail oriented & adaptable Excellent writing, communication, presentation and relationship management skill

Knowledge of: SEO, Google PPC, copywriting, design, traditional & digital marketing, content and social media marketing

Proficiency in computer software applications e.g. Microsoft & Adobe Programmes, Dreamweaver, Bachelor's Degree in Marketing or related educational/practical qualification with at least (3) years experience in a similar role
