St. Lucia Distillers Ltd is the only rum distillery on the island of St. Lucia. The Company manufactures a wide range of rums and liqueurs, and is looking for dynamic candidates for the following position: Distillery Assistant
Responsibility
The Distillery Assistant will be responsible for monitoring and recording the fermentation process.
Qualifications/Knowledge/Skills Requirements:
- A passing grade in CXC Mathematics and English Language
- Flexible and willing to work shift system, irregular hours, weekends and public holidays
- Good interpersonal skills
- Good verbal communication skills
- Being able to work with a team
