SALES REPRESENTATIVE
As a Sales Representative, you will be responsible for promoting the spa services as well as our in-house spa products under guidance of the Spa Supervisor. In this role you will ensure that our sales targets are achieved and our target market well covered through daily sales activities and targets. You are expected to adhere to the highest level of professionalism, and ethical standards.




QUALIFICATIONS:
Two (2) years of previous sales experience required.
Display dynamic leadership skills to motivate other team members.
Excellent organizational skills to function effectively under time constraints and within established deadlines with particular attention to detail and excellence in sales
Must have the ability to communicate clearly and directly with prospects and clients using a positive clear speaking voice both in person and over the phone
Entrepreneurial, solution-oriented, strategic mindset
Excellent negotiator and influencer
Ability to effectively deal with prospects and customers some of whom will require high levels of patience tact and diplomacy




JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
Works closely with the Spa Supervisor to maximize client acquisition opportunities and scheduling success
Evaluates assigned target market constantly to ensure all business and sales opportunities are being maximized
Monitors market trends and customer feedback and reports on activities to Management.
Performs and maintains professional relationships with stakeholders
Interacting with guests in a professional and service-oriented manner
Promoting and selling spa services and retail products effectively and according to assigned sales strategy
Resolving client complaints and communicating with the Spa Supervisor regarding the issue and resolution in a timely manner
Maintaining an up to date working knowledge of all spa services packages promotions and retail products offered
Any other duties assigned within job scope
MAIN ROLE OBJECTIVES
Grow sales of corporate wellness packages
Above average execution of Sales Strategy, expanding market share and supporting the success of marketing activities
Reporting sales activity on time and with accuracy.
Establish close working relationships with current and prospective clients.
Collaborate with Marketing team regarding sales and brand awareness opportunities.
