SALES EXECUTIVE
JOB SUMMARY
Caribbean Governance Training Institute is looking for persons to fill the role of Sales Executive. The individuals will be responsible for identifying new business prospects and selling our training programs. He/she will also be responsible for maintaining relationships with current and new clients.




ESSENTIAL DUTIES:
Builds business by selling programs and maintaining relationships with clients.
Identifies business opportunities by identifying prospects and evaluating their position in the industry; researching and analyzing sales options i.e. continuous research regionally and locally for new prospects for database.
Sells products by establishing contact and developing relationships with prospects; recommending solutions.
Maintains relationships with clients by providing support, information, and guidance; researching and recommending new opportunities; recommending profit and service improvements.
Identifies product improvements or new products by remaining current on industry trends, market activities, and competitors.
REQUIREMENTS
Knowledge & Skills




Experience in sales would be an asset
Proficient in Microsoft office
Fluent in Spanish would be an asset
Excellent customer service and interpersonal skills
Excellent time management skills
Self-motivated and driven by targets
The ability to influence and negotiate
Telephone etiquette
