The Windjammer Landing Villa Beach Resort, a 4.5-star luxury resort with a vacation ownership component, is actively seeking a high- energy, motivated and versatile PRC Sales Consultant with proven experience in timeshare sales to support their growing high-end luxury residential real estate business and ensure the optimization of the resort’s sales and marketing resources. The ideal candidate must possess an entrepreneurial-minded work ethic, strong business acumen and maintain confidentiality and discretion. Previous experience, and international exposure in the hospitality and residential real estate industry is preferred.
The PRC Sales Consultant will be responsible for combining marketing, operations and day-to-day administrative support functions for the team, and project coordination of key strategic initiatives that drive revenue growth. Other main responsibilities include but are not limited to:
Coordinate various marketing communication projects
Assist with new business development research and presentations

Organize and coordinate automated contact strategies and action plans
Answer owner questions regarding use of properties and location amenities
Follow up on referrals/leads from owners
Communicate with owners to monitor satisfaction, create awareness of upcoming promotions, and develop business opportunities including reloads and referrals
Develop and maintain records database on customer contacts and use such information to support effective follow-up sales and marketing opportunities
Prepare and coordinate sales presentations and execute closing
Coordinate and conduct business transactions
Provide excellent service, communications and general follow up with guests and team members
Adaptability – must be able to maintain performance level under pressure or when experiencing changes or challenges in the workplace.
Possess a professional demeanor – exhibit behavioral styles that convey confidence and earn respect from others.
Possess excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, and the ability to make pertinent decisions
Must be able to plan and support the development of the sale team’s individual skills and abilities
Be able to build and optimize guest and team member relationships
Must be adept in functional job competencies
Computer literate with sound knowledge of Microsoft Office applications
Must possess excellent communication and presentation skills.
Ability to use, demonstrate and/or coordinate virtual tours (“etour”) software for guests

A Bachelor’s degree in sales and marketing or a minimum of 7 years’ experience in a similar or relative position
Diploma/GED and 10+ years’ experience in a similar or relative position.
