(Press Release) Fuel prices adjusted

GAS CYLINDER PRICES DECREASE.

In keeping with changes in international oil prices and government’s application of the modified market pass-through petroleum pricing mechanism, the retail prices of unleaded gasoline, diesel, and kerosene remain unchanged.

Gasoline remains unchanged at $2.80 per litre or $12.75 per gallon; diesel remains unchanged at $2.80 per litre or $12.75 per gallon; and kerosene remains unchanged at $1.79 per litre or $8.13 per gallon.

Meanwhile, the retail price for the liquid petroleum gas (LPG) 20, 22, and 100 pound cylinders, have been changed.

The 20-pound (9.07 kg) cylinder decreased from $32.61 to $32.32 per cylinder; the 22-pound (9.98 kg) cylinder decreased from $36.15 to $35.83 per cylinder; and the 100-pound (45.36kg) cylinder decreased from $204.69 to 201.77 per cylinder.

All price changes take effect from Monday, Jan. 29. The retail prices of fuel products will be next adjusted on Feb. 19.
