Ti Kaye Resort and Spa is seeking to fill the vacant positions for Security Officer, Housekeeper and Maintenance Assistant.
The ideal candidates will be responsible for always presenting and maintaining a safe environment for guests and fellow employees alike while on duty.

Valid driver’s licence would be a plus
Able to work any given 12 hour - shift day or night

1-2 years in a similar role will be an asset.

The individual must effectively assist with managing the Maintenance Team, as well as all engineering and maintenance operations within the resort. The ideal candidate must possess a mechanical and electrical background with relevant experience, as well as recognized qualifications.
The individual should be able to assist the department head and supervisor with all projects, in such a manner that ensures all matters are dealt with in a timely fashion. Ultimately, the candidate must assist with the relevant duties that will ensure all resort facilities are working for the benefit of our guests.
Qualifications and Experience:
Knowledge of building management/engineering
2- 3 years of similar work experience is preferred
Recognized university degree in civil engineering or similar (mechanical or electrical)
Some budgeting and basic accounting skills
Positive attitude
Good communication skills
Commitment to delivering a high level of customer service
Strong leadership skills and previous experience of managing or supervising a team
Excellent grooming standards
Flexibility to respond to various work situations
Ability to work under pressure

Ability to work independently
Previous experience of facilities management
Proficient, at an advanced level, with computers and relevant computer programs
Knowledge of pumps, electrics, and construction would be an asset.
The ideal housekeeper engages in various functions to maintain the cleanliness, attractiveness and comfort of guest rooms
Qualifications and Experience:
Attention to detail
Organizational skills
The ability to learn and adapt in the resort environment
At least one year of experience with housekeeping
Working knowledge of cleaning appliances and their operations
Proper use of cleaning agents.
