Massy Stores - Marketing and Merchandising Officer
This position reports directly to the Divisional Head-Home Store
Main Responsibilities
Manage and co-ordinate promotions to help increase sales and foster loyalty towards Massy Stores Home, Mega and brands
Assist with the development; management and monitoring of the Marketing budget for Massy Stores Home, Mega and brands
Perform reviews and updates of the company’s website, Social Media and intranet to ensure that content is relevant, timely and accurate
Implement and manage the merchandising of the stores to enhance customer shopping experience and value
Provide decorating and merchandising support for the successful execution of promotions and events aimed at enhancing the customer shipping experience and value
Visits all locations on a weekly basis to monitor and review the effectiveness of Marketing and merchandising initiatives
Work closely with the Marketing Manager of Massy Stores (SLU) on the marketing strategy for Massy Stores, Home and Mega
Requirements
Either a First Degree in Marketing, Media and Communication or associated field with at least two (2) years’ experience in the field; OR
An Associate Degree in these or related fields plus three (3) years of experience. Professional Diplomas and/or Certificates in these or related fields along with evidence of expertise and more than three (3) years of experience could be considered.
