We at Duty Free Shoppers are currently recruiting for the positions of Market Research Officer and Quality Assurance Specialist to join our fast-paced and high productivity E-commerce team at our new Rodney Heights office.
Position: MARKET RESEARCH OFFICER
As a member of the Market Research team, the ideal candidate will be efficient, detail-oriented, organized and reliable. To be considered to join our team, the following requirements are needed:

Qualifications/Skills:
General Secondary Education Certificate (CXC’s including Math and English)
Intermediate levels - Computer Literacy Proficiency (Especially Microsoft Excel and Word)
Quality customer service experience.
Knowledge of e-commerce and retail.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Organizational and time-management skills.
Enthusiastic and passionate with a genuine desire to learn quickly and apply knowledge in a fast-paced environment.
Position: QUALITY ASSURANCE SPECIALIST
As a member of the Quality Assurance team, the ideal candidate will be an exceptionally organized individual with an eye for detail, who is able to work autonomously to meet deadlines in a fast-paced virtual environment.
Key Responsibilities
Upload new optimizations to the appropriate marketplace and listings.
Audit, review and fix listings on all relevant marketplaces.
Identify potential issues.
Identify marketing opportunities across several platforms.
Identify optimization gaps.
Qualifications/Skills:
General Secondary Education Certificate (CXC’s including Math and English)
Intermediate Level - Computer Literacy Proficiency (Especially Microsoft Excel and Word)
Attention to detail.
Excellent writing, editing and proofreading skills.
Excellent time-management and organizational skills.
Experience supervising a small team is an asset.
Experience delegating tasks and being accountable for meeting deadlines.
Ability to work independently.
Comfort in learning bulk uploading using Excel spreadsheets and learning 3rd party software as needed.
