Real Foods Inc. the franchise holder for the KFC brand in St. Lucia is looking to recruit a Maintenance Technician for its growing operations.
The responsibilities of the Maintenance Technician include but are not limited to:
Applicant must be able to troubleshoot operating equipment, Breakdown repairs, Installation of new equipment, modifications to existing equipment, preventative and predictive maintenance, continued improvement initiatives
Works on various type of equipment systems including fast-food processing equipment, generators, freezers, and refrigeration chillers, air compressors, pumps, blowers, etc
Utilize the Maintenance Management System on a daily basis for documenting completed scheduled work and for tracking parts
Proactively identifies issues/problems, focusing on process improvement and takes steps to resolve these issues
Abide by the company’s quality service standards, and the local work safety requirements

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCE
An Associate Degree or training in a professional/specialized area such as Air Conditioning & Refrigeration, Electrical Installation, etc.
At least three (3) years’ experience in a similar role.
Computer Literate with working knowledge of Microsoft Suite
Must be licensed to drive a manual vehicle.
