CPJ St. Lucia a leading Food and Beverage Distribution company is actively searching for a candidate to fill the position of Key Accounts Representative
Key Responsibilities:
Oversee all the interactions of the company with major clients by meeting their needs and maintaining a customer portfolio. Given the nature of the job long-term relationships with all key customers must be maintained and all their needs must be met. The goal is to maintain strong relationships with strategic customers and contribute to the growth and long-term success of the organization.
Principal Accountabilities:
Develop trustworthy relationships with a portfolio of major clients to ensure they do not turn to competition.
Ensure the correct products and services are delivered to customers in a timely manner.
Acquire a thorough understanding of key customer needs and requirements.
Expand the relationships with existing customers by continuously proposing solutions that meet their objectives.
Solve any customer issues and challenges and deal with complaints to maintain good connections with customers.
Serve as the network of communication between key customers and internal team members.
Play a vital part in creating new sales that will turn into long-lasting relationships.
Prepare regular reports of progress and forecasts to internal and external stakeholders using key account metrics.
Education, Experience, and Licensing Requirements:
BSc/BA in Business Administration/Sales
At least 3-5 years’ experience in Sales.
Ability to problem solve and negotiate.
Food and Beverage knowledge will be an asset.
Driver’s license and personal vehicle needed.
