Invest Saint Lucia - Call center/Tech Services Career Fair
Invest Saint Lucia, in collaboration with Nearshore Americas, presents an exciting networking opportunity to learn more about the dynamic and fast-growing Tech Services sector, meet the executives, refine your resume and potentially secure employment!

Interested persons are invited to apply to participate in Part 1 of an exclusive Interview & Career Fair on September 20th, 2018. Successful applicants will be part of an interactive Career Fair with established local and new international Tech Service/Call Center companies that are interested in expanding to Saint Lucia. Attendees will have the opportunity to meet with these Team Leaders and provide them with copies of their resume.
In addition, once the new companies have established their operations on island. You will be immediately shortlisted for their Part 2 round of interviews.
Companies participating include: ItelBpo, Levanter, Ibex Global, TruSource Labs and Ojo Labs
To qualify for this event, you must meet the following requirements:
- At least five (5) CXC/GCE O’leve passes including English Language and Mathematics
- Good Typing Skills - minimum 25 words per minute with 80% accuracy
- Ability to navigate the Internet, email, instant messaging and social media tools
- Call Center experience would be an asset; but not required
- Strong Customer Service skills/experience would be an assset
Candidates with the following training/certification are welcome to apply:
- Network Administration Training
- CompTIA A+ and Network+ Certifications
- Bachelors Degree in Computer Science/Management Information Systems
