AREA OF RESPONSIBILITY: The Van Sales representative will act as a liaison between the company and the customer by being primarily responsible for building a good relationship with customers and achieving all daily route visit and volume goal.

Verify conditions of vehicle
Confirm that the load on their Truck is equal to the Warehouse Supervisor transfer load at End-of-Day.
Hand a Transfer Sheet to the Warehouse Supervisor for next day route sales.
Verify all necessary documents to do the route
Visit customers according to route defined ▪Greet customers
Takes order ensuring that it is the most recommended according to product rotation, promotions, or season
Manage Inventories: check freshness and rotation of product (FIFO)
Influence the sale of products to each customer to increase sales volume in the Outlet
Verify the quantity of product to be delivered to customers
Check empty bottles
Deliver product, collect cash and empty bottle.
Generate and print a computer invoice for each customer, this invoice should be duly signed by the customer.
Maintain a clean, neat, and orderly work area
Conduct operations in a manner that promotes safety. Participate and maintain 5´S Standards
Go to warehouse to settle cash and empty bottles ▪Assist in maintaining the security of the warehouse
Associate Degree in Business Management ▪Sales Certification /Experience
Adept in the use of mobile application
2-3 years cash handling & sales experience
Endorsed Driver’s License for trucks & heavy vehicles

Excellent communication and presentation skills ▪Outstanding Customer Service skills
Ability to thrive in a dynamic and fast paced environment
Ability work independently, cope with competing demands and prioritize tasks
Ability to work collaboratively cross functionally
2-3 years or more customer service and sales experience ▪Proactive in identifying and solving problems/issues
