Job Summary: The Customer Service Representative’s primary responsibility is to provide effective customer service for all customers by utilizing excellent, in-depth knowledge of company products and systems.
Preferred Skills and Qualifications:
- Minimum Tertiary level education or an Associate degree in Business Administration
- Minimum three years’ experience in the field of customer service
- Effective analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent written and oral communication skills
- Excellent time management and organizational skills
- Effective computer skills
- Outstanding Customer Management Skills
- Ability to work flexible hours, weekends and/or public holidays
Responsibilities
- Manage and assign a portfolio of customer accounts and services
- Adopt a cradle to grave approach in the management of service delivery for total customer satisfaction
- Actively seek opportunities to expand service portfolio and range of customers
