Summary of Duties
The Duty Manager is responsible for the successful day-to-day running of the retail outlet. This involves managing the employees on the sales floor, creating employee work schedule, enforcing company policies and ensuring the best customer service is provided.

Advanced computer skills in a Windows environment, inclusive of manipulation of spreadsheets;
Willingness to learn, improve and adapt within a dynamic work environment;
Ability to work productively, efficiently & effectively using initiative;
Experience with retail management systems\point of sales systems;
Exceptional verbal and written communication skills;
Strong analytical and problem solving skills;
Strong interpersonal relations skills;
Must be customer service oriented;




A Valid Driver’s license is a Plus.
Job Title: CUSTOMER SERVICE REPRESENTATIVE/CASHIER
Summary of Duties
The Customer Service Representative/Cashier’s primary responsibility is for the sales of products and services against agreed target and the provision of effective customer service for all internal and external customers by utilizing excellent, in-depth knowledge of company products and systems.
Competencies and Skills
Proficient computer skills in Windows, inclusive of the manipulation of spreadsheets;
Willingness to learn, improve and adapt within a dynamic work environment;
Experience with retail management systems\point of sales systems;
Ability to work productively, efficiently & effectively using initiative;

Job Title: SENIOR ACCOUNTS CLERK
Summary of Duties:
.
The senior Accounts Clerk will be responsible to oversee and participate in preparing, maintaining, and/or verifying a variety of accounting, financial, statistical records, ledgers, logs, and files. Gather, verify, balance, adjust, record, and file financial data. Resolve discrepancies. Establish and maintain various files and records.




Competencies/Skills
Familiarity with computerized financial accounting software
Thorough understanding of bookkeeping practices and procedures and the ability to train others in related practices and procedures
Excellent organizational and record keeping skills: maintaining accurate information in alphabetical, chronological, and/or numerical order
Ability to work efficiently and independently
Attention to detail- Thorough in completing work tasks
Ability to follow verbal and written instructions.
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
Must be proactive and self- motivated

Job Title: JUNIOR ACCOUNTS CLERK
Summary of Duties:
The Accounts Clerk position provides accounting and clerical support to the accounting department in order to ensure effective, efficient and accurate financial and administrative operations.
Competencies/Skills:
Ability to manipulate spreadsheets and accounting systems
Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Excel
Attention to detail- Thorough in completing work tasks




Ability to multi-task, prioritize and work efficiently
Ability to work independently, self-starter, energetic
Ability to demonstrate good common sense and sound judgment
Flexibility to adapt to all situations and work varied hours; possibly work weekends or evenings
